K·LINE windows and doors are designed, developed and manufactured in Europe, controlling the entire supply chain. Automated processes and quality controls ensure that each window complies with the parameters previously tested in the laboratory.
Our products, installed in accordance with the best professional practices, the building code in force and the installation and assembly instructions, are guaranteed against any manufacturing defect that makes them unsuitable for their intended use. This guarantee is only possible thanks to an exhaustive control of the entire chain, from the materials, the production processes and the installation on site.
Due to the semi-automated manufacturing system and supply control, it is possible to predict delivery times, even with varying workloads. K·LINE can produce up to 2,500 windows per day. Moreover, with its own logistics, it can deliver anywhere in the country on time and reliably.
All windows and doors manufactured by K·LINE incorporate a guarantee label identifying the traceability of the product, with a reference number and a different QR code for each sales unit. Through them, it is possible to find out in a simple way the entire manufacturing and installation cycle: when and how it was manufactured, its dimensions, what glass and accessories it contains, the weight of the glass, the colour references, the CE marking of the product (thermal and acoustic insulation, light transmission, solar factor and air, water and wind AEV classification), who installed it and when.
The doors and windows arrive on site perfectly packed and are installed by professionals trained by the company. Any deficiency in the product or in the installation that cannot be solved by the professional dealer, will be supervised by the factory quality control department.
K·LINE windows have the highest number of certifications and quality seals, guaranteeing reliability and safety for both professionals and users. In addition to complying with the regulations of the new Technical Building Code (CTE), they have the best quality seals. CE Marking, Applus, A.E.V. CLASSIFICATION (Water, Air, Wind), Cekal, Ewaa Euras, Qualimarine, Energy Efficiency, Indoor Air Emissions.
To keep you informed at all times of the security status of your home, K·LINE has designed the Integrated Locking Detector (DVI, from the French 'Détecteur de Verrouillage Intégré'), available across its entire range. Thanks to the K·LINE Smart Home application, you will know at all times whether your windows and doors are open or closed; in the event of an intrusion, the alarm will be triggered and you will receive an alert directly on your smartphone. With the Remote Opening Door (POD) option, you will also be able to open the front door directly from your smartphone and, thanks to its connectivity, know when it is locked again. From your K·LINE Smart Home app, you can control roller shutters and blinds, switch lights on and off, and simulate your presence: manage your roller shutters even when you are not at home. Create scenarios for the different needs of the day: getting up, leaving the house, etc.
Thanks to the K·LINE Smart Home application, -our own solution dedicated to connected living- you have direct information about your home. Integrated lock detectors and a smart home hub, together with a free app, allow you to be constantly informed about the security status of your home. In addition, with the same application you can control the alarm, heating, lights, blinds, entrance door and much more, all remotely. K·LINE Smart Home is compatible with Google Home and Amazon Alexa. Any connected speaker equipped with the Google or Amazon assistant allows you to control your home by voice. You will be able to control your equipment by voice, from your smartphone, even when you are not near your speaker.
Thanks to the concealed sash technique and the slenderness of their profiles, K·LINE windows provide a glazed surface area 15% larger than a traditional window. This results in greater transparency and interior brightness and gives K·LINE windows a slicker appearance.
Thanks to a unique product concept that combines the best of insulation technology (full thermal break, double or triple glazing with reinforced thermal insulation, argon filling and warm edge interlayers), K·LINE windows and sliding windows perfectly meet the requirements for energy savings, both in new construction and refurbishment.
The acoustic regulations for new buildings in Spain stipulate a minimum façade insulation of 30 dB (residential) to 45 dB for extreme environments (ring roads, railways, airports...). For your peace of mind, K·LINE windows and sliding doors are equipped as standard with glazing that allows them to achieve a sound comfort level of 30 dB. For more stringent requirements, our windows fitted with acoustic glazing contribute to a façade insulation of 40 dB, and our sliding windows 35 dB. For extreme environments, the K·LINE A.I.R window provides up to 45 dB of façade insulation - definitely one of the best acoustic insulation on the market!
With its own R&D department, K·LINE was the first to design and produce a concealed sash window. Thanks to constant innovation it is possible to adapt to the constantly changing requirements of the market. The latest innovation is a concealed hinged window with 180° opening.
Due to their high thermal insulation, K·LINE windows allow you to make significant energy savings and benefit from financial aid (tax benefits, Eco-PTZ). With K·LINE, the window is perfectly suited to renovation thanks to its concealed sash technology. Due to its exceptional thinness of only 63 mm, it retains the same thickness as the old frame, maintaining and even increasing the glazed surface of the original glass, providing light and clarity to your interior space. Thanks to the standard performance of K·LINE windows, the external noise level is divided by 4, or more with special acoustic glazing.
